Return Policy:

COFFEE-19 stands behind all our products and want all our customers to be 100% satisfied.

We offer a 30-day 100% money-back return policy on all site orders.

If there is an issue with your purchase, send it back to us within our 30 day return policy for a full refund.

All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service department.

Orders returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) can lead to refunds being delayed.

Due to us offering free shipping on most of our products we do not cover return shipping in most cases.

If we made a mistake or you received a defective product please contact us and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for US customers.

If you are an international buyer we do not cover return postage unless a copy of the receipt is provided and the product is inspected and found to be defective.

We do not cover international return postage for incorrect items unless pictures are provided before the return to confirm the incorrect item was sent.

All return must be in the same condition as received with no missing parts or packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
  • You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
  • You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
